The bead is divided into two sections by thin silver lines running from one hole to another on the opposite sides of the bead. One side of it is decorated with the silver Star of David, that is slightly elevated over the enameled surface and has a clear crystal in the middle. The other half has an inscription "chai" in Hebrew, which is translated into English as "alive", "living", and colored pink and lime crystals underline shining silver letters. The piece is about 0.35" (10mm) from the top to the bottom and has an opening about 4.5-5.00 mm, which allows it to be worn on most types of European bracelets.
